Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We always love making new pieces, please send us a direct message for more info on how to place your own custom order.

Please note custom orders are not refundable since they are specifically made for you unless it is a defect with the item when it arrives. In that case we will make it for you again but the customer has to bear the shipping cost.

We have a simple procedure for customized order, the steps are as below
A) Start a conversation with us and send us the message asking for customized jewelry. You will get a reply within a few hours, as soon as one of our team member have your message.
B) Please send us the design you would like us to make it for you, or discuss the idea with us we can also design it for you.

Care instructions

Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis.

We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever
A. Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume.
B. Keep your ring away from chemicals.
C. Do not get your ring in contact with Nail polish remover

Use a soft brush to clean the stones, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry

What is your return policy?

Please contact me within 14 days after receiving the package. I do not carry stock and make every ring by hand per order, if you cancel the order or return the item unrelated to the quality problem, it will be a great loss for me, so handcraft cost and shipping fee (20% of the total price for each ring) will be cut from the original payment, I’ll refund the remaining payment to you once I receive the ring. The buyer pays the return shipping. Custom items are not allowed to be returned. Hope you can understand.
Note: We accept returns if there is a problem with the quality of the ring. As long as it is damaged during shipping and the customer wants to repair or refund it, we will do it for free, but the customer has to pay the shipping cost.

What is your order Cancellation policy?

Please contact me within 24 hours, if you want to cancel the order. I do not carry stock, all items are made to order. Restocking fees of 10% will apply if the order exceeds 24 hours
A custom item is not allowed to be returned. Custom orders that exceed 24 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Do you accept Rush order?

We offer a rush upgrade to make your order faster. PLEASE CONTACT US before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline. and there is also a rush order fee that depends on your timeline and I will have to check my schedule for the timeframe. Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

Do you offer engraving?

YES! we offer to engrave, please contact us before placing your order if you are interested in having your ring engraved. we will send you the URL of the engraving, Once an order is placed we no longer can add engraving so please make sure to request BEFORE you purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

YES! We can ship to almost anywhere and everywhere around the globe. We give free economy shipping which takes 10-15 days time to reach you once the parcel is shipped out. ( Economy shipping is free)
We offer paid express shipping which takes 5-6 working days time to reach your doorstep. (We take extra charges for express shipping)

We are not liable to pay any taxes or duties or any charges imposed by the buyer's country.

Note: This time is only an estimated time, we do not have any control over actual delivering time. It is purely depended on the shipping company
